The Role

We’ve partnered with EDF Energy and are growing quickly within the green and renewable energy sector. We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. You will have prequalified, warm leads (no cold calling) waiting for you to sell to.

Job Type: Full-time, Part time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000 – £60,000 per year*
Location: Work from home / Hybrid (Brighton and Hove, East Sussex)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Weekend availability

*Salary –£19,000 Basic + Commission OTE £45,000 – £60,000 (uncapped). An initial training allowance (1 month), to build your pipeline. The commission is payable from your first sale.  

You will be conveying to homeowners the benefits of future-proofing their homes, with an Air Source Heat Pump as part of the government’s plan to move the UK away from fossil fuels and become less reliant on gas. Knowledge of heat pumps is a benefit, but not essential as full training will be given as well as ongoing support and development.

As an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, this new position is required to support our future expansion plans on a national scale; following our partnership with EDF one of the UK’s largest energy suppliers.  

What We’re Looking For?

The perfect candidate: 

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and organised. 
  • Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person. 
  • Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Nurture a minimum of 3 leads per day (will increase with skill level) 
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with pre-qualified leads over the phone and via video. 
  • Identify customer needs & recommend the correct solution.
  • Update & manage your diary/CRM to the highest standard.
  • Achieve & exceed monthly targets. 
  • Uphold company values & contribute towards a positive working environment.
